Join us for a creative Tuesday Morning at our Art Studio.

Each week we will be learning new ways on how to explore yourself through art.

We provide all the materials for most of our sessions.

We believe that art has a healing power and has a lot of benefits for both mental and phisical health.

Each session will be an hour and a half long and will include introduction,  guided meditation (at some sessions), art practice and  sharing circle

Please bring your Journal to write in and a cup for your coffee or tea.

We offer variety of teas and freshly brewed coffee, coconut creamer  and some gluten and sugar free cookies.

April 4th - Your space in this world (acrylics, canvas). Exploring your uniqunes and letting yourself taking space

April 11th - Expressing your emotions through colors (alcohol inks, yupo). Each color can correspond with different emotion. We will learn how to work with your emotional state.

April 18th - Working with inner critic (acrylics, paper)

April 25rd - Shadow work (pencil and markers, paper). Find a resouce in your shadow self

May 2nd - Self portrait and self love (acrylics, canvas). Accepting all parts of us

May 9th - Connecting to your Creativity channels (alcohol inks, yupo)

May 16th - The power of Gratitude (acrylics, markers, paper).

May 23rd - Life of your dreams (acrylics, canvas) Manifistation through art

1 session is $35 - $40

Early bird is $30 if sesion is booked 3 weeks in advance.

1 month - 4 sessions - $115

Each group is limited to 10-12 participants
