Join us for a creative Wednesday Morning at our Art Studio.

Each week we will be learning new ways on how to explore yourself through art.

We provide all the materials for most of our sessions.

We believe that art has a healing power and has a lot of benefits for both mental and phisical health.

Each session will be an hour and a half long and will include introduction,  guided meditation (at some sessions), art practice and  sharing circle

Please bring your Journal to write in and a cup for your coffee or tea.

Please bring your favorite brushes and a mixed media album (shoulbe suitable for acrylic paints)

We will provide you with regulr brushes , paints and special Yupo paer and alcohol inks as well as markers.

We offer variety of teas and freshly brewed coffee, coconut creamer  and some gluten and sugar free cookies.

May 3rd - Self portrait and self love (acrylics, canvas). Accepting all parts of us

May 10th - Connecting to your Creativity channels (alcohol inks, yupo)

May 17th - The power of Gratitude (acrylics, markers, paper).

May 24rd - Life of your dreams (acrylics, canvas) Manifistation through art
