Art Magic LLC - Epoxy Resin Workshop Waiver

Participant Release and Waiver of Liability Agreement
 

Please read this document carefully before signing. This is a legally binding agreement. By signing this agreement, you are acknowledging that you have read and understood all terms and conditions and voluntarily accept the risks associated with participating in the Epoxy Resin Workshop hosted by Art Magic LLC.
 

1. Acknowledgment of Risks
I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge and understand that participating in the Epoxy Resin Workshop involves certain risks, including but not limited to:

• Allergic Reactions: Exposure to epoxy resin and other workshop materials may cause allergic reactions or sensitivities. I understand that it is my responsibility to inform Art Magic LLC of any known allergies prior to participation.

• Damage to Clothing and Personal Items: Epoxy resin and other workshop materials can permanently stain or damage clothing and personal items. I understand that it is my responsibility to wear appropriate clothing and protect my personal belongings.

• Physical Injury: Participation in the workshop may involve the use of tools and equipment that can cause cuts, burns, or other physical injuries. I understand that it is my responsibility to follow all safety instructions provided by Art Magic LLC staff.

• Health Risks: Prolonged exposure to fumes or direct skin contact with epoxy resin and related materials can pose health risks. I understand that it is my responsibility to use the provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow all safety guidelines.
   

2. Assumption of Risks
I hereby acknowledge that I have voluntarily elected to participate in the Epoxy Resin Workshop. I am fully aware of the risks and hazards connected with the activity and voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage, or personal injury, including death, that may be sustained by me as a result of participating in the workshop.
 

3. Release and Waiver
I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Art Magic LLC, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, while participating in the Epoxy Resin Workshop.
 

4. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Art Magic LLC from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorney’s fees, that they may incur due to my participation in the workshop, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
 

5. Medical Treatment
I hereby authorize Art Magic LLC to secure medical treatment for me in the event of an emergency. I understand that Art Magic LLC does not provide medical insurance for participants and that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result of my participation.
 

6. Media Release
I consent to the use of photographs, video recordings, and other media taken during the workshop for promotional purposes by Art Magic LLC.
 

7. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the workshop is held.
